Applications are invited for a Walk in Interview for temporary positions of RA-I, SRF and Project technician in a DBT, Govt. of India funded project entitled “Integrated Biorefinery Approach towards production of sustainable fuel and chemicals from Algal biobased systems”.
The appointment will be on contract basis for 1 (one) year and co-terminus with the project.

Qualification and Experience:
SRF: Masters in Chemical Engineering / Biochemical Engineering / Biotechnology and allied disciplines with two years of relevant research experience in the hydrodynamic cavitations and or sonication will be preferred.
RA-I: Ph.D. degree or 3 years post experience with ME / MTech. in Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology / Biochemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Related Field. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. Degree but are yet to be awarded can also apply. Candidates having hands-on experience in handling microbial techniques and processes or large scale cultivation of microalgae for biofuel production and or candidates having hands on experience in processes optimization and life cycle analysis will be preferred.
Project Technician: ITI certificate with 3 years experience or diploma in engineering or B. Sc. or B.A. with 1 year computer experience can also apply. Staff has to be available for field studies as well.
SRF: Rs 28,000/- + 10% HRA if SRF is GATE/NET qualified, otherwise it shall be Rs. 18,000/- + 10% HRA+ Medical as per Institute norms.
RA-I: Rs. 36,000/-p.m + 10% HRA + Medical as per Institute norms.
Project Technician: Rs. 12000/- consolidated.
